I Know a Place (Chez des Amis 'verse)

I'm basing the outside of the house on Cole Porter's Parisian mansion that was built in the !770s.
French revolution-aged mansion near the Latin Quarter that's been lived in by a famous Broadway and West End songwriter?  Couldn't ask for more.
